Background: Mr. Castillo started at Allstate Insurance in Marina Del Rey, CA as an Assistant Claims Adjuster while attending UCLA. He then worked as a Worker's Compensation Claims Adjuster at Cigna Property and Casualty in Northridge, CA. After a year and a half, he was recruited by the Law Offices of Carl Feldman to handle their Worker's Compensation cases before the Worker's Compensation Appeals Board, handling applicant's claims for industrial injuries. Eventually, he was recruited by the Litigation Department at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company to handle their Worker's Compensation cases, representing their employers. Later, the Law Offices of Johnson, Auerback, In-House Counsel for Fremont Compensation Insurance recruited him to represent their defense interest on all legal aspects of their Worker's Compensation claims at the Worker's Compensation Court.
Subsequently, he worked at the Law Office of Graiwer & Kaplen, a Personal Injury and Worker's Compensation firm in Los Angeles, representing injured workers on their Worker's Compensation claims. Eventually he was hired as managing attorney for the Law Office of Hinden, Grueskin and Aguirre at their Indio office.
As of June 11, 2002, he opened up his practice handling cases in the area of Worker's Compensation, Auto Accidents and Serious Injuries.
